Team Leader, managing the Homes for Ukraine team within Customer Access
As a Team Leader you will be responsible for the immediate line management of a team of Customer Service Advisors within the Homes for Ukraine Team.
The team is made up of both English and Ukrainian nationals, so an adaptive and supportive management style is essential.
Knowledge of resettlement schemes in the UK is beneficial but not a requirement as you will receive full training and support.
This role will require you to work collaboratively with the Service Manager and the Lancashire Refugee Integration Team.
This role has become available due to the retirement of the current post holder, and any extensions will be subject to funding.
Hours of work
Our opening hours are from 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding all Public Bank Holidays)
