Location: Lancashire
Hours: 2 days per week
System: EMIS Web
Salary: £37,796 – £38,682 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience)   

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join a welcoming GP Surgery in Lancashire on a permanent, salaried basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive primary care team dedicated to providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a primary care setting
• Carry out routine Practice Nurse duties such as:
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records using EMIS Web

Desirable experience:

• Additional chronic disease management qualifications
• Cervical screening certification
• Baby immunisations
• General Injections
• Travel Vaccinations
• Basic wound care

Essential Requirements:

• Previous Practice Nurse experience in a GP Surgery
• Proficiency in using EMIS Web
• NMC Registration
