Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Burnley
Salary: £51,500 – £56,000 per annum + £7,500 welcome bonus
Working Hour: 37.5 hours per week
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs, EBD
Qualifications Required: NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young People’s Workforce; QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Residential Children’s Services (or willingness to undertake)
Experience in Years Required: Extensive experience in children’s residential care management

You will lead a motivated team to deliver high-quality, nurturing care for young people, ensuring compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations. You will:
Manage a safe, supportive, and warm home environment
Safeguard young people and work collaboratively with professionals
Lead continuous improvement and ensure the home’s statement of purpose is achieved
Manage budgets, resources, and the home environment
Inspire and support staff to achieve the best outcomes for young people
Requirements:
Extensive experience in children’s residential care management
Strong understanding of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Commitment to providing a nurturing and empowering environment
Full UK driving licence
Note: This is a Registered Manager role, so the earlier Residential Support Worker-specific restrictions do not apply.
