Are you someone who loves talking to people and moving jobs along by providing a thorough and accurate quotation for the customer, and chasing it through for the order?

We seek a bright and enthusiastic Quotes and Office Administrator to join a busy and friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading manufacturing business that has a niche and varied business customer base.

What You'll Do:

• Work with the sales team, preparing technical quotations and following through with customers on the phone and by email.
• The sales team will assist customers to find the right products, then hand over to you to formalise the quote.
• Keep track of customer information.
• Learn about our products, ranges and how they help the customer.
• You’ll be used to providing estimates, quotations or prices for customers.
• Help to create a happy customer experience.
• Take the initiative to learn and improve your skills.

What We're Looking For:

• A positive, friendly and driven attitude, with a good work ethic.
• Good communication skills (you like talking to people at all levels).
• A willingness to learn and grow in a new sales environment. (Though the role isn’t sales, its sales support and managing g quotes)
• Someone who is organised with strong attention to detail.
• Good level of MS Word & Excel skills.
• A great team player.
• Someone motivated and ready to put in the effort.
• Someone who is good with MS Word & Excel who can pick up a new system with training.
